It’s been exactly FIVE years since the first episode of Somewhere in Time Podcast was released. 102 episodes and over 12K streams later, and we’re not planning to quit anytime soon. We are on a bit of an extended hiatus at the moment, but we do plan to return to discuss 1993 albums and much more later this year. In the meantime, please enjoy some of our favorite moments from albums that are celebrating 35-year anniversaries this year. 

Tim, Joe, and Eric take a look back on the best albums of 2022. There were a really good number of albums from 2022 that garnered discussion. Far more than can be listed in this summary! However, some of the favorites from the year include “Impera” by Ghost, “Sunrise on Slaughter Beach” by Clutch, “Of Kingdom and Crown” by Machine Head, “The End, So Far” by Slipknot, and “Synchro Anarchy” by Voivod. 

In this episode of Somewhere in Time Podcast, the topic of conversation is the 40th anniversary of two punk rock debut classics – Bad Brains’ self-titled and Walk Among Us by Misfits. There is a lot to discuss with both of these albums, as they were both pretty important for the scene.
