The Number of the Beast celebrated its 40th-anniversary last year, and we couldn’t think of better guests to join us to commemorate the occasion. The Number of the Beast was also the first album to feature Bruce Dickinson on lead vocals and the last to feature Clive Burr on drums. It’s been exactly FIVE years since the first episode of Somewhere in Time Podcast was released. 102 episodes and over 12K streams later, and we’re not planning to quit anytime soon. We are on a bit of an extended hiatus at the moment, but we do plan to return to discuss 1993 albums and much more later this year. Somewhere in Time Podcast celebrates 100 episodes and what better way to do it than with a band that was discussed on their very first episode? GWAR! This time, it’s the 30th anniversary of thealbum “America Must Be Destroyed”. Also discussed this episode is the album Act of Faith by the band Mucky Pup. You could say that both these bands don’t take themselves too seriously, although the musicianship for both bands is definitely improved from previous works for each band. 100 Episodes down and there is no sign of Somewhere in Time Podcast slowing down anytime soon.
